Thursday, June 18, 2009  ESPLANADE LIMELIGHT PRESENTS: ANGLICAN HIGH SCHOOL CHOIR CONCERT 2009 - SIGHT, SOUND, SENSES AND SOUL About the Anglican High Choir: The AHS Choir in the last few years has witnessed unprecedented growth and accomplishment under the inspired baton of our resident conductor, Terrence Toh. A few of these achievements include the coveted Gold with Honours at the 2007 and 2009 SYF Central Judging for Choir and a Gold at the International Festival of Songs in Olomouc, Czech Republic in 2008. However, these accolades are not the choir’s only source of pride and joy, but rather the instilling of a passion for the choral art form and a deep desire to bring music to our community. With this focus in mind, the choir has sung in a host of community based performances, including our annual concerts and as invited guests at various ceremonies held by government and community organizations. For Terrence Toh and the Anglican High School Choir, no stage is too small nor informal, no challenge too insurmountable nor unnerving, as long as we stay true to the music we make. Just in case anyone doesnt know how to find the BBQ pit: Take Bus 403 from the Pasir Ris Interchange & alight once you see the sign 'Pasir Ris Park'. That sign will already be at Carpark D so you'll just have to head diagonally right to the nearest bridge and you will find our pit! The BBQ pit is just next to the bridge. Fantastic View!!! XD Anyway, just a reminder, please: 1) Wear a dark shirt (Water fight) 2) Bring an extra set of clothes to change after the race 3) Dun forget to bring your $ ******* Bring your happy smiles too!!!
